1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pawllen mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pawllen is a personal allergy tracking application that allows you to log symptoms, view personalized allergy scores, receive AI-powered predictions, and access analytics and insights based on your data and local environmental conditions.

3. Not Medical Advice

Pawllen is an informational and tracking tool only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Allergy scores, predictions, insights, and notifications are generated from user-reported data and publicly available environmental information. They are not reviewed by medical professionals and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You can register using an email and password or through a third-party sign-in provider (e.g., Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data you provide to Pawllen, including symptom logs, severity ratings, and other inputs. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the App's services for you.

We will never sell your data. You may delete your data at any time using the in-app deletion feature. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Distribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the App available to third parties in any unauthorized manner
• Use the App to transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying code, is owned by Pawllen and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Availability & Updates

We strive to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawllen and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from reliance on any information provided by the App, including allergy scores, predictions, or notifications.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawllen and its creators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
